摘要
于2002、2003年从大连黑石礁海区潮间带采到的鼠尾藻Sargassumthunbergii、礁膜Monos tromasp 、石莼Ulualactuca等10种海藻表面分离得到99株真菌,用7种细菌和3种真菌作指示菌,对分离菌株进行抗菌活性检测,获得拮抗真菌31株,占总测试菌株的31 3%。不同时间、不同海藻拮抗真菌的分离比例差异很大。拮抗真菌的抗细菌比例高于抗真菌比例,且对海洋细菌和陆生细菌均有作用,3株拮抗真菌可抑制对虾黑鳃病病原菌(尖孢镰刀菌Fusariumoxysporum)。22株拮抗真菌属于青霉属。
Ninety-nine strains of epiphytic fungi were isolated from 10 sea weed species such as Ulva lactuca, Ulva pertusa, Enteromorpha sp., Monostroma sp., Chondrus ocellatus, Sargassum sp., Sargassum thunbergii,Halymenia sinensis, Dumontia simplex ,and Porphyra sp. collected from the intertidal zone of Dalian in 2002 and 2003. Antagonistic tests performed by the indicators of seven species of bacteria and three species of fungi using overlay technique revealed that 31.3% of the isolated strains showed antimicrobial activity. The percentages of antagonistic fungi varied with sea weed species and collection time. There were more marine and territorial fungal strains inhibiting the growth of bacteria than those inhibiting the growth of fungi. In 31 strains of antagonistic fungi, three strains inhibited the growth of pathogenic fungus Fusarium oxysporum in shrimp, and 22 strains of antagonistic fungi are Penicillum spp..
