基于软测量技术实现罐内重油的精确测量

Accurate measurement of heavy oil in storage tank using the soft-sensing technique

作者提出一种基于软测量技术的方法,仅需一台高精度压力变送器,利用文中给出的软测量模型,实现对罐内重油质量、流出量的精确测量。并给出了该测量系统的软、硬件实现方法。实际运行结果表明,该方法对罐内重油的测量准确、稳定、可靠,能够满足工厂的计量要求。

A measurement method based on the soft-sensing technique is presented in this paper. High precision pressure transducer is needed for the accurate measurement of the mass of heavy oil in storage tank and the outing flow. The achieving method of software and hardware is presented in this paper. The real operation indicates that the measurement is accurate, stable, reliable and can satisfy the requirement of power plants.
