摘要 某住宅大直径扩底桩承载力偏低,原因分析认为,桩入持力层深度不够,且持力层上覆土较软影响承载力充分发挥,该情况下实测的承载力接近按浅基础计算所得的承载力,建议在设计时,对极限端阻力标准值qpk按勘察提供的qpk值的60%进行取值。 The bearing capacity of bottom-enlarged piles with large diameters is slight low. According to analysis, the reasons should be as follows: the inserting depth of the supporting layer is not sufficient, and the soil on the supporting layer is soft as well, so that the bearing capacity is quite influenced. Under the conditions, the actual bearing capacity is closer to the calculated bearing capacity according to the shallow foundation. It is suggested that the design value of qpk should be equal to 0.6 times the reconnaissance value.
