摘要
本文通过热力学计算,DTA试验,结合化学分析研究了含煤石灰石的分解规律,结合有关文献,探讨了石灰石料球中煤粉的燃烧、放热机理以及不同的热工制度对石灰石分解的影响。从而肯定了石灰石带入热量后对其分解的促进作用,从化学动力学的角度,进一步探讨了其带入热的作用机理,并提出了含煤石灰石的分解模型。
The decomposing law of linestone with coal powder was investigated by calcul ation of thermal dynamics, DTA & chemocal analysis. Combined with some relative references, the mechanism of burning & release of heat of coal powder in the raw sphere of linestone was studied. The influence of different thermal system on the decomposition of. linestone was researched. It proved that after the heat carried by linestone its decomposing had been promcted. In view of the chemical kinetics. The mechenism of function of heat carried by linestone was studied further. According to this, the decomposed model of linestone with coal powder was proposed.
