摘要
人们通常假定玻璃在拉伸和压缩状态下的流变模型是相同的。本文采用国产的RJY-1型热机械检测仪,在335℃~680℃范围内测定了玻璃棒在压缩状态下的流变模型;同时还在350℃~680℃范围内测定了玻璃丝在拉伸状态下的流变模型。实验结果表明:玻璃在拉伸和压缩状态下的流变模型存在差异。因此,假定玻璃在拉、压状态下的流变模型相同是不合理的。
It has been generally supposed that the rheological models of glass either under compression or tension are the same. The rheological models of glass fibres and rods are measured under tension at 350℃~680℃ and under compression at 335℃~680℃, using the domestic Model RJY-1 thermo-mechano-detector. The results indicate that the rheological models of glass are different in tension and compression, so that the above assumption is not reasonable.
