摘要
用自配的复合絮凝剂处理电镀铬废液,用于除铜实验。除铜液酸度以30g/LH2SO4为佳,用一阶微商法求出除铜液CrO3最佳质量浓度为255 8g/L。处理后的排放液中CrO3质量浓度为0 4mg/L,既实现了废物利用又符合国家排放标准。
Chromium electroplating waste bath was treated with flocculant and it was used for copper stripping. (30 g/L) H_2SO_4 and 255.8 g/L CrO_3 in stripping solution were appropriate for the best stripping effect. The treated disposal contained 0.4 mg/L CrO_3 which meets national integrated waste water discharge standard.
