摘要
锻件变形的均匀程度是衡量锻件质量的一个重要指标 ,该文以提高锻件的变形均匀程度为优化设计目标 ,以刚粘塑性有限元为工具对锻造过程优化设计进行了研究。确定了目标函数的表示方法、优化设计方法及优化设计变量。基于刚粘塑性有限元和优化设计基本理论 ,编制了相应的优化程序 ,并对一轴对称锻件的镦粗压下量进行了优化设计 。
Deform uniformity is an important factor of the quality the forging. Based on the rigid visco plastic finite element method, the optimization design of the forging process aimed to improve the deform uniformity of forging is studied. The objective function, the optimal design variable and the optimal iteration method is determined. The optimal program based on the theory of the finite element method and optimal design is developed. The optimal design of an axisymmetric forging is optimized,and a satisfied result is obtained.
