摘要
随着塑料工业的不断发展 ,对塑料模具设计、制造技术的要求也越来越高。模具设计、制造的质量和成本 ,直接影响塑料产品在市场上的竞争力。因此 ,已有的CAD软件已满足不了企业的需求 ,这就要求在已有软件基础上开发出适合本单位产品的应用程序 ,从而提高企业的竞争能力。该文论述了利用Pro Toolkit开发模块和VisualC + +建立基于Pro Engineer的中小型注塑模架三维标准库的具体过程 ,对创建基于Pro Engineer的实用CAD软件系统进行了积极有效的探索。实践证明 ,该系统大大提高了模具设计的效率。
With the development of plastic industry,the demand of plastic mould design and manufacturing technologies is higher. The quality and cost of mold design and manufacturing directly affect the competition of plastic product in the market. Traditional CAD software can't meet demands of enterprises. This requires that the application program of fitting the enterprise on the base of traditional software is developed,and accordingly increase the competition of the enterprise. This paper discusses the procedure of the establishment of 3D injection mold base standard library based on Pro/Engineer using Visual C++6.0 and the Pro/Toolkit development module. Creating a practical CAD system based on Pro/Engineer efficiently is explored. The system greatly increases the efficiency of mold design.
