摘要
通过对奥拓轿车后制动器制动衬片原冲压工艺、模具结构的分析 ,制定了一种新的冲压工艺 ,设计出了结构合理的集冲孔、成形、压凸焊点于一体的复合模具 ,有效的解决了原冲压工艺模具套数多、工艺路线长、生产成本高、效率低、工件对称度长期保证困难的难题 。
By analyzing the original technology of brake lining and its mold structure for auto rear brake,this paper put forward a new process. A set of compound die which can integrate the function of punching hole,forming,pressing and welding spot is designed. Thus the problems of original process,such as large numbers of die,long process of technology,high production cost,low efficiency,difficulty in keeping symmetry of working parts are solved,and a reliable evidence for the workout of stamping process and die design of these parts is provided.
