摘要
简要介绍了反向工程领域中一种先进的点云采集方法。我们使用的扫描设备是Atos三坐标光学扫描系统。它是非接触式的利用光栅原理的光学扫描设备。还介绍了反向工程的一些基本概念和光学扫描的原理 ,并以汽车仪表板为例具体分析了Atos和UGII的工作原理。
With the integration of CAD/CAM systems and the technology of 3D coordinate scanning,reverse engineering(RE) has emerged as an important design tool in recent years. This paper briefly introduces an advance method of point collection in reverse engineering field. Atos,the 3D coordinate optical scanner,is used as the 3D measurement. It is a non contact optical scanner which using raster theory. The based theory in reverse is also introduced. The principle of Atos and UGII is discussed by the example of fascia board.
