白云石和石灰石在料仓中流动性能的研究

Study on Flow Properties of Dolomite and Limestone in Silo

用Jenike剪切仪测试了白云石和石灰石这两种玻璃原料的流动性能。探讨了粒度对这些原料流动函数、有效内摩擦角δ和壁摩擦角φ′的影响。结果表明:合理调整白云石、石灰石的粒度将会明显改善它们在料仓中的流动能力。

By means of Jenike shear apparatus, flow properties of dolomite and limestone raw materials for glass are measured. Effect of particle size of dolomite and limestone on their flow function, effective internal friction angle, wall friction angle is discussed, The results show that reasonable adjustment of the particle size will obviously impsove the folw ability of these raw materials in silo.
