氧化钇稳定的氧化锆陶瓷的相组成和力学及热学性能的关系

摘要 氧化钇稳定的四方多晶氧化锆(Y-TZP)陶瓷具有优良的常温力学性能和特有的热学性能。作为高温结构陶瓷必需具备优良的高温强度和形状稳定性,因此测定了不同Y_2O_3含量的TZP陶瓷的室温强度、应力和应变,对个别样品测定了高温(1000℃)强度。用X射线测定了TZP陶瓷的四方相含量。用膨胀仪测定了TZP陶瓷升温和降温过程的热应变和残余变型。并测定了经过热-冷循环后的TZP陶瓷的相组成,观察TZP陶瓷相组成的稳定性。 Poly-crystal yttria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia (TZP) has larger strain and residual transformation at high temperature. High strength at high temperature and stable shapes must be possessed for high temperature structural ceramics, therefore the fracture strength, stress and strain of TZP ceramics containing different Y203 contents are measured High-temperature strength (at 1000℃) is also determined for individual samples. Additionally, tetragonal-phase contents of TZP ceramics are obtained by using X-ray diffraction technique. The rmal strain and residual transformation of TZP ceramics during heat- ing and cooling cycles are determined by using dilatometer. Finally, phase contents of TZP ce- ramics are determined after several heating-cooling cycles.
