在浮动佣金制下 ,营业部的经营受到挑战。营业部在环境、设备和价格的比拼 ,不足以构成证券经纪业务的核心竞争力。市场行情持续低迷 ,营业部自然增长的客户陷于停顿 ,拥有一支专业化、高绩效的证券经纪人团队将为营业部在提高服务、扩大影响、吸引客户和创造佣金收入等方面带来良好的效益 ,并难以被其他营业部迅速模仿 ,成为证券公司能够长期领先的核心竞争力。
Under the policy of the floating commission, the management of the brokerage branches is challenged. Competing only in price, the place and the equipment of the brokerage branches, is not enough to form the key competitiveness of brokerage. The market is depressing continuously, the walk-in customers become fewer and fewer. So, a specialized and efficient brokers team will improve the service quality, expand the influence, attract potential customers, earn more commission income and etc. The team is difficult to be copied rapidly by competitors and will become the key competitiveness which will lead and last for a long time.
