参麦注射液对充血性心力衰竭患者心功能及血液流变学的影响

Influence of Shenmai Injection(参麦注射液) on Cardiac Function and Hemorheology in Patients with Congestive Heart Failure

目的观察参麦注射液对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的心功能及血液流变学的影响。方法105例CHF患者随机分为A、B两组,均予西医常规治疗,A组加用参麦注射液静滴。结果A组疗效及心功能、血液流变学指标的改善均优于B组,且治疗期间未见参麦注射液引起的明显不良反应。结论参麦注射液有增强心功能和改善血液流变学指标的作用,是治疗CHF的一种有效而安全的药物。

To observe influence of Shenmai Injection(参 麦 注 射 液 , SMI) on cardiac function and hemorheology in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods:Patients with CHF were divided randomly into group A and group B.Patients in both groups were treated with digitalis,diuretic and vasodilator while those in the group A received SMI in addition.Results:The effect of group A was superior to that of group B,at the same time,the cardiac output(CO),the cardiac index(CI),the djection fiaction(EF) and the hemorrheology were signficantly improved in group A,which were superior to those in group B.Conclusion:SMI exerts significant effects on improving cardial function and hemorheology.It is an effective and safe drug for CHF.
