摘要
目的观察抗痫增智颗粒对点燃大鼠模型脑内胆碱能神经系统的影响。方法设立正常大鼠为正常对照组(A组),点燃大鼠模型随机分为模型对照组(B组),中药低、高剂量组(C、D组)及西药组(E组)。测定各组大鼠学习、记忆能力及脑M受体结合量。结果B组学习、记忆能力及M受体结合量明显低于A组,D组上述观察指标情况明显好于B组及E组。结论本造模方法模拟人类癫痫发作情况理想;抗痫增智颗粒可通过提高点燃大鼠模型脑内M受体的结合量,提高其学习、记忆能力。
To investigate the effect of Kangxianyizhi Granlue(抗 痫 益 智 颗 粒 , KXYZ)for rats with Epilepsy.Methods:Acute seizure of the kinding model was induced by Pentylenetrazole(PTZ).To observe the follows,(1)the learning and memory abilities was tested by maze.(2)the activity of mAch- R cortex and hippocampus was assayed.Results:After given KXZZ,the rats' learning and memorizing abilities improved,and the content of mAch- R increased.Conclusion:It suggests that KXZZ can improve the learning and memorizing abilities of rats with epilepsy possibly by acting on cerebral cholinergic system.
