摘要
本文介绍了目前国内外几种石英玻璃厚壁管制造技术和特点,简要讨论了今后的发展方向。在分析了我国与国际技术水平差距的同时,提出了今后的研究方向。
This paper introduces and describes several kinds of technology for manufac- turing quartz glass cylinder in China and abroad at present. Characteristics of technology and development trend are discussed and analyzed. At the same time, the difference in manufac- turing level of quartz glass cylinder between China and foreign countries is analyzed, and the research disection in this field is proposed.
