摘要 脑血管痉挛是蛛网膜下腔出血最严重和最常见的并发症之一,临床治疗效果不理想。为加深对脑血 管痉挛的认识,提高防治意识,文章综述了蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的病理变化和发生机制。 Cerebral vasospasm is one of the most common and serious complications of sub-arachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), and its therapeutic efficacy is not ideal. In order to get a deeper understanding of cerebral vasospasm and enhance the awareness of prevention and treatment, the article reviews the pathological changes and pathogenesis of cerebral vasospasm after SAH.
