摘要 溶血磷脂酸(LPA)是一种生物活性磷脂介质,主要通过G蛋白偶联受体发挥多种生物学功能。LPA可促进血小板聚集,并激活血小板使之释放更多的LPA。随着对LPA研究的不断深入,近年来发现LPA可促进动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展,与脑血管痉挛有关,作用于星形细胞产生多种效应影响缺血性脑血管病的恢复。 Lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) is a bioactive phospholipid mediator, which elicits a variety of biological functions mainly,through G-protein coupled receptors. LPA can promote platelet aggregation, and activate platelet and make it release more LPA In recent years, with the development of LAP study, it has been found that LPA could promote the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis, and it was associated with cerebrovascular spasm. LPA may act on as-trocytes and produce multiple effects, and thus affect the recovery of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
