摘要
用原子吸收分光光度计对广东英德红茶和绿茶微量元素含量及其水溶出量进行了测定 ,结果表明广东英德红茶和绿茶含有多种微量元素 ,水提物中微量元素溶出率也较高 ,达到 30 %～ 5 0 %。并讨论了红茶和绿荣溶出过程对其微量元素的影响。
The contents of trace elements of black tea and green tea and their extraction solution from Yingde,Guangdong were determined respectively by atom absorption method.The results showed that the contents of trace elements in black tea and green tea from Yingde are both higher. The extraction solubility of the elements are 30% to 50%.
