异氰酸酯胶粘剂在人造板中应用效果的研究

Study on Application of PU Resin in Wood-based Panel Manufacture

在UF树脂中添加PU树脂LIGNOBOND500、LIGNOBOND700用于胶合板与竹地板中的制备,结果表明:PU 树脂能降低胶合板、竹地板的甲醛释放量,并且能显著提高胶合板与竹地板的物理力学性能。

The mixture of UF resin with PU( LIGNOBOND500 or LIGNOBOND700) was used to prepare plywood and bamboo parquet. Experiment results showed 2%-3% of PU resin added in UF resin could decrease the formaldehyde emission from plywood and bamboo parquet, and improve physical and mechanical properties of the product.
