摘要
提出了合理利用数控铣钻床加工管板的方法和技巧。实践表明:编制适合加工和现场操作的程序,制定加工管板孔和隔板槽的最佳工艺参数,掌握加工管板的技巧,能合理利用数控铣钻床,提高加工精度和生产效率。
The methods and skills for correct operation of driller and miller to machining pipe plate are described. Practical application result indicates that both correct usage of digital driller and miller, improvement of the machining accuracy can be achieved by programming programs suitable for machining and cite operation, defining the best processing parameters of pipe plate holes and clapboard grooves, mastering the skills of machining pipe plate.
