摘要
认为知识资本是指知识载体所拥有的或控制的并通过其运动实现价值增值的知识资源,包括具体知识资本和非具体知识资本;具体知识资本又分为技术知识资本和劳动知识资本,具体化的技术知识资本和具体化的劳动知识资本在结合过程中又产生“不期而获”型的非具体知识资本;在知识企业里,非具体知识资本是有偏向的。
The author takes an idea that knowledge capital is a kind of knowledge resource which is possessed or controlled by an organization system and is benefit to organization system through motion.Knowledge capital consists of concrete knowledge capital and non-concrete knowledge capital,concrete knowledge capital consists of concrete technological knowledge capital and labor knowledge capital.Their combination produces non-concrete knowledge capital of meeting by chance.The notion of knowledge capital shows tendency.
