浙江民营科技型中小企业技术创新能力与区域经济增长的实证研究

The Positive Research of the Relationship Between the Technological Innovation Ability of the Private Technological Middle and SmallEnterprise and the Regional Economic Growth of Zhejiang Province

基于2000年的1162份和2002年的837份问卷,详细分析了浙江民营科技型中小企业的技术创新能力。分析结果表明,浙江省民营科技型中小企业已经具有一定的技术创新能力,但创新的方式和手段仍是低层次的,创新投入不足。通过提升产业集群的创新能力,民营科技型中小企业在区域经济发展中扮演重要的角色。

On the basic of the survey of 1162 and 837 Zhejiang private technological middle and small enterprises in the year of 2000 and 2002 respectively,the article made an detail analysis of their technological innovation capability.The result showed that Zhejiang's private technological middle and small enterprises have got some technological innovation capability,but the measures of innovation still stayed at the low level and the input of innovation is insufficient.Through the improvement of the innovation capability of the clusters,the private technological middle and small enterprises played an important role in the regional economical development.
