科学方法伴随着科学的兴起而出现,近百年来科学方法经历了由低级到高级、由简单到精密的发展过程,然而由于主观或客观的原因使科学方法在管理理论的应用中没有得到完全充分的发展,从而使一些管理理论存在着不科学性和对管理实践的不适应性,就这一问题分析了科学方法在管理理论中遇到的困境,并探讨性地提出了解决的办法。

With the rise of science appearing,scientific method has come since one thousand years,from simple to the accurate evolution.But because subjective or objective reason make scientific method receive be totally abundant development in the applications of management theory,scientific methods haven't developed fully in the practice of mangement theory,thus there are non-scientific of management theory and inadaptable management practice.This paper puts forward the predicament that the scientific method meets with the management theory on this question.It also analyses the reasons and probes into putting forward the resultation.
