Based on the result of dewatering test and industry test of the fine coal sample at coal preparation plant, the technology alteration of vacuum system , segregator and distributor is brought into effect to improve remarkably the run of fine coal dewatering system.The moisture of filter cake of disk vacuum filter is decreased to 20% and the rate of dewatering is up to 95%, therefore the economy benefit is over 3,000,000 yuan every year.
