摘要
综述了煤炭电化学脱硫的原理 ,借助煤在电解槽阳极发生的电化学氧化反应将煤中的无机硫或有机硫氧化成可溶于水的硫化物 ,介绍了电解脱硫设备及工艺流程、电化学脱硫技术发展方向及趋势 ,认为该方法的显著特点是常温常压下操作 ,工艺简便 ,能量回收率高 ,并可联产大量高纯氢气 ;
Principle of electrochemistry desulfurization of coal is described in this article. Making use of the electrochemistry oxidation reaction of coal in electrolytic cell anode , organic sulfur and inorganic sulfur are oxidated to liquefiable sulfid. Electroanalysis desulfurization equipment ,process flowsheet and development trend of electrochemistry desulfurization are introduced too. With producing lots of pure hydrogen , this method is provided with remarkable characteristic of normal temperature and pressure operation ,simple process and high energy callback.At the same time it also indicates the existent problems on technology of electrochemistry desulfurization of coal.
