临沂地区农村城镇化发展探讨

A Study of Urbanization Development of LinyiArea in Shandong Province

近年来,临沂地区农村城镇化有了较快的发展,但水平还较低,城镇功能不强,小城镇土地利用结构不合理,城镇化滞后于工业化和经济发展的速度。城镇化的发展,应采取科学规划、合理布局,落实户籍改革政策,强化中心城市的辐射带动功能,提高工业化的质量等措施。

While the program of urbanization has been conducted quickly in Linyi district, problems exist such as low level of urbanization, weak functions of the towns, and irrational composite of land use, with the result that the program of urbanization lags behind the develop-ment of industrialization and economy. This paper holds that the development of urbanization depends on scientific planning, implementing the policy of registered permanent residence, strengthening the function of central cities, and improving the quality of industrialization.
