摘要
宝钢 3号高炉炉体冷却系统的先天不足 ,一定程度上造成炉体冷却壁水管破损过早、过多 ,严重影响到高炉的长寿。通过对冷却系统进行一系列的改进后 ,冷却壁水管破损减少 ,取得了积极的效果 ,确保了高炉正常稳定运行 。
The cooling system of No.3 BF has some design shortage ,which cause to some stave pipe damage earlier and overabundance in some degree,and affect the long life of the No.3 BF,after some series improvement to the cooling system ,the number of damaged stave pipe decreases abviously ,which satisfy the demand to the stable operation and long-life of No.3 BF.
