摘要
以米根霉AS.3.819的诱变株为菌种、甘薯淀粉为碳源,对其摇瓶发酵生产L-乳酸工艺进行研究。结果表明,采用不同质量分数的液化甘薯淀粉、(NH4)2SO4、KH2PO4、ZnSO4·7HO2及MgSO4·7HO2作为发酵培养基组分,在温度为32℃和发酵时间为60h的条件下,L-乳酸质量浓度最大可以达到125g/L,糖转化率达到92.60%。
The Rhizopus oryzae AS.3.819 which had been mutagenized was used as the strain to produce L-lactic acid from sweet potato starch, and the fermentation stream in shake flask was investigated in this paper. The results showed that the optimal compositions of medium were sweet potato starch hydrolyte,(NH_4)_2SO_4,KH_2PO_4,ZnSO_4·7H_2O and MgSO_4·7H_2O and that the optimal culture temperature and rotational rate were 32 ℃ and 220 r/min respectively. On the condition above,L-lactic acid productivity and the sugar conversion rate were 125 g/L and 92.60% respectively.
