摘要
轿车后桥横梁采用钢板冲压成型,并在两端冲有凹坑。针对轿车后桥横梁在0.8~1.0万km可靠性强化试验后的开裂情况,采用盲孔法对冲压有不同深度凹坑的两种横梁中的残余应力进行了测试,并对残余应力的分布与变化情况进行了分析和比较。结果表明,冲压会在横梁中产生较大的残余应力,具有较深凹坑的横梁的冲压工艺优于具有较浅凹坑的横梁的冲压工艺。
The cross members of a car are stamped from steel plates,which results in concave delves on the two ends of the members. In view of the cracks in the cross members of a car after 8 000~10 000 km reliability enhancement testing,the residual stresses in two kinds of cross members with different concave delves were tested by the blind-hole method. The distribution and variation of the residual stresses were analyzed and compared. The results show that there are higher residual stresses in the cross members after stamping, and the stamping process with deep concave delves is better than the other.
