水泥稳定砂砾基层的施工质量控制

Quality control in the construction of the cement stabilized sand-gravel base course

文章以新疆乌鲁木齐—奎屯高速公路第10合同段水泥稳定砂砾基层的施工为例,详细阐述水泥稳定砂砾基层施工中原材料的质量控制、机械设备的质量控制、混合料的拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压的质量控制及接缝的质量控制等几个重要环节,以规范为依据,提出因地制宜的施工方法及控制要点,可用以指导水泥稳定砂砾基层的施工。根据工程实践提出需要进一步探讨的几个问题。

In the construction of the No.10 contract section of the Urumqi-Kuitun highway project in Xinjiang, the cement stabilized sand-gravel is used to build the base course. In this paper,a discussion is made about the quality control of such base course construction. Several important links of the quality control are described including the controlling of the raw material quality,ensuring of the good working conditions of construction equipment and monitoring of the proper mixing,hauling,paving and rolling of the mixtures as well as the proper treatment of the construction joints. In accordance with the specifications,the proper construction method suitable to the actual conditions and the important points of the quality control are given. Several questions that should be investigated deeply are also pointed out.
