摘要
某洗漂厂设计处理废水量4000m3/d,平均时处理废水量167m3/h(24h运作);进水COD为800~1100mg/L,BOD为200~300mg/L,SS为300~400mg/L,色度为400~600倍;要求废水经处理后出水达到《广州市污水排放标准》DB4437-90中"新扩改"一级水质排放标准。尝试采用酸化水解-接触氧化-混凝沉淀过滤工艺处理该洗漂厂废水。实践证明所采用的工艺是合理的,能达到很好的处理效果。
A technical process of acidified hydrolyzation, catalytic oxidation, coagulation, sedimentation and filtration was applied to treat the wastewater of a dyehouse. The designed quantity of waste flow is 4 000 m^3/d. The influent indexes are as following: COD 800 ~1 100 mg/L, BOD 200~300 mg/L,SS 300~400 mg/L and chroma 400~600.The outflow of disposed water is designed to meet the first-class water quality of sewage discharge standard of Guangzhou DB4437-90.The technical process is proved effective in practice.
