摘要
使用主动三维离焦测量对表面纹理分布不均匀的物体进行测量 ,该方法通过将点阵照明模式和空域卷积 去卷积相结合 ,解决了离焦测量的图像交叠问题和匹配问题 ,减小了纹理不均匀导致的离焦测量的影响。使用该方法 ,我们的测量精度 (标准差 )就达到 4.3mm( 1 40mm范围 ) ,相对精度为 3.0 7%。
A method to measure the depth of the object with great texture variance is proposed by the active defocus.A matrix dot pattern is projected onto the object and the convolution/deconvolution in spatial domain is used to calculate the degree of the burr of the sub images.With the method,we can accurately find the corresponding pixel between the sub images of the two blurred images and eliminate the overlap of image in defocus measurement.For an object with great texture variance,the method Will make the measurement more easily and accurately than ordinary method of active depth from defocus.For a crude object with a 143mm depth,the standard deviation of the experiment is 4.3mm and the depth measurement error is below 3.07%.
