OSAHS患者血清VEGF的动态变化的研究

Research on serial measurement of vascular endothelial growth factor in OSAHS patients

目的 :探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征 (OSAHS)患者血清中的动态变化。方法 :将 32例OSAHS患者作为OSAHS组 ,30例正常人为对照组 ,对所有受试对象做睡眠前 2 3:0 0和晨起 7:0 0时的血清VEGF的含量测试 ,与对照组相比较。结果 :OSAHS患者在晨起 7:0 0时的血清VEGF含量最高 ,明显高于对照组 ,高于睡前 2 3:0 0时血清VEGF含量。结论 :OSAHS患者晨起血清VEGF含量明显增高。

Objective:To study the relationship of the serum level of VEGF(vascular endothelial growth factor)in patients with OSAHS.Methods:On hospitalized patients with OSAHS in 32 cases as OSAHS group and health people in 30 cases as control group,serial(at 7:00AM and 23:00 PM)measurement of the serum levels of VEGF are made.Results:The serum level of VEGF(at 7:00 AM)in OSAHS patients is higher than that in control group(at 7:00 AM:OSAHS patients 243.59±47.65pg/ml,control group 124.83±3.74pg/ml,p<0.01;at 23:00 PM:OSAHS patients 161.31±21.73pg/ml,control group 124.5±2.97pg/ml,p>0.05)。The levels of serum VEGF in OSAHS patients in moring is higher than that in night.Conclusions:The level of circulating VEGF in patient's blood is higher than that in controls.
