铁强化生物发酵牛奶对大鼠缺血性贫血的改善作用

摘要 目的 :研究乙二胺四乙酸铁钠 (NaFeEDTA)强化牛奶生物发酵对动物缺铁性贫血的干预效果。方法 :3 0只大鼠按照廖氏方法制成贫血模型后随机分为对照组和实验组 ,对照组给予铁强化奶粉 ,实验组给予生物发酵铁强化牛奶 ,一个月后测定血红蛋白 (Hb)、红细胞 (RBC)、血清铁 (SI)、血清铁蛋白 (SF)、总铁结合力 (TIBC)、血清转铁蛋白受体 (STfR)。结果 :实验组较对照组Hb、SI、RBC含量显著性增加 ,TIBC、STfR显著性下降。结论 Objective:To study the effects of zymolysised NaFeEDTA fortified milk on iron deficiency anemia(IDA)Methods:30 rats with IDA were divided into two groups:control group(NaFeEDTA fortified milk),and experiment group (zymolysised NaFeEDTA fortified milk).Hemog lobin(HB),Red cell (RBC),serum iron(SI),Serum ferrtin(SF),total iron binding capacity(TIBC)and serum transferrin(STfR)were evaluated after the study.Results:HB,SI,RBC of the experiment group had improved significantly and TIBC STfR decreased markedly.Conclusion:Zymolysised NaFeEDTA fortified milk could improve IDA.
