摘要
采用两步法研制开发出硅烷交联聚乙烯 (PE Xb)管材专用料 ,通过正交设计法探讨了硅烷交联聚乙烯的配方设计以及基础树脂、硅烷偶联剂等对其性能的影响和硅烷交联聚乙烯的耐热性能表征。
A special purpose grade of silane crosslinked polyethylene(PE Xb) for pipes was developed. The formulation of PE Xb was designed through orthogonal experiments. The effects of the base resin and the silane coupling agent on the thermal and mechanical performances on PE Xb were investigated.
