纳米CaCO_3在白色母粒中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Nano-CaCO_3 in White Masterbatch

研究了纳米CaCO3 应用于白色母粒中及其对白色母料性能的影响。结果表明 ,纳米CaCO3 可以部分替代TiO2 颜料 ,在白色母粒其它性能基本保持不变的情况下 ,CaCO3 的加入改善了颜料的分散性 。

The effect of nano CaCO 3 on the performance of white masterbatch was studied. The results show that nano CaCO 3 can well disperse and thus increases the whiteness of the products. Subsequently, nano CaCO 3 may replace partial TiO 2 as white pigment without reducing other properties.
