摘要
针对网络化制造中的资源动态快速重组问题 ,本文进行了基于物理制造单元的制造资源信息建模研究 ;考虑资源的实时状态 ,研究了面向CAPP进行制造资源预配置的方法 ;考虑制造单元间的运输时间和运输费用 ,研究了对于制造资源面向T、Q、C的优化配置的方法 ,该方法支持制造资源动态调整及优化配置。
According to the rapid and dynamic re-organization of manufacturing resources during networked manufacturing process, a study on modeling of manufacturing resources information based on Physical manufacturing unit is presented, and network distributed manufacturing resources database is established by this model. Considering the real time state of the manufacturing resources, we studied the advance configuration of manufacturing resources facing CAPP. Considering the transport time and transport fee, we studied the optimized configuration of manufacturing resources according to time、quality and cost, and put forward a technology for realizing dynamic adjustment and optimized configuration of manufacturing resources.
