The fundamental situations, especially the land resources and market condition on constructing fast-growing forest in Shanxi were analyzed. Based on this, the scales, overall arrangements and relevant silviculture models about constructing fast-growing forest in Shanxi were put forward, and the detailed economic benefit analysis was made according to the models and planning.
