2月龄绿孔雀的消化器官各段肌层发达 ,消化腺发达。食管粘膜为复层扁平上皮 ,浅层细胞未出现角质化。食管腺由单层柱状上皮构成 ,开口处为复层扁平上皮 ,粘膜肌异常明显。嗉囊的粘膜上皮和腺体与食管相似 ,粘膜下层不明显。腺胃有浅层单管腺和深层复管腺 ,浅层单管腺由单层柱状上皮构成。小肠绒毛上皮是单层柱状上皮 ,粘膜肌不明显 ,有中央乳糜管 ,无十二指肠腺。十二指肠后段 ,固有层有淋巴孤结。空肠、回肠固有层有淋巴孤结。盲肠的固有层有淋巴孤结和丰富的肠腺 ,肌层发达。肝小叶间界限不清 ,血窦中可见大量扁平的内皮细胞和多突的星状细胞。胰脏的小叶界限不清 ,内分泌部有丰富的毛细血管。

Every part of the digestive tube of two-month Pvao muticus has well developed tunica muscularis and digestive glands. Esophageal mucous membrane epithelium is stratified squamous epithelium and the surface cell is not keratinization. Esophageal glands are made of simple columnar epithelium and the hatch of esophageal glands is charged with stratified squamous epithelium. Muscularis mucosa is strikingly developed. Mucous membrane epithelium and glands of ingluvies are similar to those of esophagus, and submucosa is not obvious. Glandular stomach has simple tubular glands and tubulocinar glands. The simple tubular glands are composed of simple columnar epithelium. Epithelium of intestinal villus is simple columnar epithelium, muscularis mucosa is not obvious, and there are central lacteals in lamina propria but there are not duodenal glands. There are solitary lymphoid nodules in the lamina propria of duodenum, jejunum and ileum. There are solitary lymphoid nodules and intestine glands in the lamina propria of cecum, and tunica muscularis is developed. Hepatic lobule whose hepatic sinusoid has a large of flat endodermis cell and kupffer cell is not obvious. Pancreatic lobule, whose endocrine portion has many capillary vessel, is not developed.
