摘要
从生态城市和战略环境评价的内涵入手 ,探讨了战略环境评价作为促进生态城市可持续发展的新工具在生态城市建设中的作用 ,并从评价介入的时间 ,筛选评价对象 ,确定评价范围、评价重点以及评价方法几方面对生态城市建设的战略环境评价进行了研究 ,并提出了生态城市建设的战略环境评价 (SEA)的指标体系。
Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) is a new method for promoting sustainable development of ecocity. The role of SEA in the construction of ecocity was approached from the meanings of ecocity and SEA, and SEA for ecocity was studied from time, object, range, keys and method of assessment. Index system of planning of ecocity was also put forward.
