高专饭店管理专业人才培养方案的研究

The Study on the Cultiuation Plan of Hotel - management Personnel in Three - Year High College

面对社会发展对饭店业专门人才的需求,结合学校的办学实际,探索了高专饭店管理专业培养的“饭店专门人才”的规格及模式。本文笔者分析了目前学校对饭店管理专业人培养存在的不足,并提出了具体的人才培养方案。

In order to meet the social need of hotel management Peronnel, after resesrching the reality of oar college running and probing the standard and regular form of cultioating the hotel management personnel, the author tries to andlyse the drawbacks existing in our college' s teaching and also put forward to some specific plan.
