解决“三农”问题的都市化、公司化主流话语忽视了农地的生存保障特征 ,在一定程度上也遮蔽了农村自身建设和投入。提出应重视农村建设和发展 ,包括 :加大农村投入 ,改善农村管理体制 ,推进农业可持续发展等。

The prevalent topic on “Three agriculture”(agriculture, farmer and village) problem solved by urbanization and industrialization ignores the features of the rural land for life keeping and affects, to some extents, the investment into agriculture and rural construction. However, the right way of rural construction and development should be putting more money in agriculture, improving the running system, and promoting the sustainable development of agriculture.
