摘要
介绍了基于约束的夹具三维设计方法,提高夹具设计效率,提高夹具设计精度。基于约束的夹具三维设计的核心是基于约束的几何建模,即通过几何约束系统来定义物体,通过解约束条件来自动构造物体,在修改设计的过程中可以保持装配关系,与以前的计算机辅助夹具设计系统相比具有很强的实用性。
This paper describes the method of three-dimensions fixture design based on restricted. Through the method efficiency and precision in fixture design may be advanced. The core of three-dimensions fixture design based on restricted is the establishing of geometry model based on restricted. This design method may keep the parts' assemble connection in correcting design, so it is more practicability than prior Computer Aid Fixture Design.
