摘要
图书馆虚拟用户具有类型多样、个性不一、开放性强等特点，它在图书馆用户中的比重逐渐扩大。图书馆虚拟用户的管理、服务和教育也逐渐成为现代图书馆工作的重点。
The library fictitious users have lots of characteristic, such as, varied types, different character and open function. It occupies an important proportion in the library users and its manage, service and education are gradually becoming focal point in the modernized library works.
