摘要
助跑能力对跳远成绩起着决定性的作用。该文通过对国内外跳远运动员的技术参数及成绩对比分析发现,中国运动员只有在提高绝对速度的同时,进一步减少速度的损失率,才能更有效地使中国跳远运动员的水平向更高层次发展,进而走向世界。
The ability of approach running plays a decisive role in raising jumping record. With comparative analysis of technical parameter and records from long jumpers at home and abroad ,we hold that only by further reducing the speed ratio loss,simultaneously increasing absolute speed can Chinese long jumpers efficiently reach a higher level in field long jump and advance towards the world
