摘要
农产品加工业的较快发展,已成为我国农村经济和国民经济中极具潜力的新的增长点,成为我国由农业大国走向农业强国的突破口。但目前中国农产品加工业不仅落后与国外发达国家的发展水平,而且滞后于产业自身的发展水平。本文从农产品加工业自身的优势和劣势,面临的外部机遇和挑战方面,分析了中国农产品加工业跨越式发展的紧迫性和可行性,指出跨越式发展是中国农产品加工业的必由之路。
The agricultural product processing industry has been the new growth of our national rural economics which has great potentiality and has been the breakthrongh from the agricultural big country to the agricultural strong country. But at economy present Chinese agricultural product processing industry not only lags behind the level of western developed countries, but also falls behind its development. This Paper analyses the urgency and feasibility from the internal advantages and disadvantages and the external challenges and opportunities and puts forward that stride - development is the only way for China's agricultural product processing indusrty.
