摘要
企业之间高层次的竞争越来越体现为一个文化层面的竞争,但很多企业在企业文化建设上仍然存在一些问题,使企业文化没有发挥出应有的作用。为此,建议在企业文化建设中应体现"以人为本"的理念;加强员工的参与度;使企业文化建设制度化;注重发挥企业高层的作用;建立多层次的沟通渠道;注重个性文化的培育。
The high level competition between companies reflects the competition of culture level. But many companies still have problems in the construction of enterprise culture and enterprise culture can't play the role it should do. Therefore, enterprises should follow the idea of 'people are the foundation', encourage the participation of employees, make the construction of enterprise culture a system, strengthen the role of superior managers, establish multiple communication channels, lay stress on the cultivation of special characteristic of culture.
