摘要
干旱是制约山区经济发展的主要因素之一,由于近几年的持续干旱,使山区造林成活率低、林木生长迟缓,水土保持治理效益低下。通过分析干旱山区雨水资源利用的必要性和可行性,在总结已有雨水利用有关成果的基础上,对干旱山区雨水资源高效利用途径和技术措施进行了探讨,提出了应用中应注意的问题与建议。
Aridity is one of the main restriction factor in economic development of mountainous areas.The survive rate is low and the growth of forest is sluggish because of the sustained aridity, so the benefit of soil and water conservation is low. Through analysing the feasibility and necessity of rainwater resource use(g) summarizing the relevant accomplishment on it, and based on the discuss about efficient use and technical measure of rainwater resource in arid mountainous areas, the problem and the notice in application is advanced.
