西周的"射礼"是上古中国人体运动制度文化的集中体现,故分析中国人体运动制度文化要从"射礼"入手;而要了解西周"射礼"的组织机理,又须从"射礼"中的官制入手。西周的"射礼"是竞技运动"举国体制"的萌芽,这一萌芽的分析研究,对社会主义市场经济条件下竞技运动"举国体制"的建立与完善,对"科技兴体"战略的实施,对人体运动的健康发展,都具有启示作用。
